About questions

Is remote online notarization (RON) actually legit? How does the session work?

It's completed fully online through a secure remote online notarization platform. You'll get an invite link for your scheduled time, you upload the document (or I upload it for you), verify your identity, meet me in a video/audio session, and get the finished document back through a secure download link. The whole thing typically runs about 15 minutes or less. You'll need a valid photo ID, a device with camera and mic, and a decent internet connection.

Is this notarized document legally sufficient for my case?

I'm not providing legal advice or making a legal determination regarding domicile, immigration status, residency status, or the legal effect of the documents. My role is limited to notary services, clerical work like document formatting and administrative preparation, recordable-package coordination, public requirement review, courier submission, and scanback coordination. If you need a legal opinion on the legal sufficiency or effect of the declarations, that should be reviewed by a Florida attorney.
