Pricing questions

How much does remote notarization cost?

A single-document RON session typically starts at $45 all-in: a service and coordination fee starting at $20 (varies with document complexity, scheduling, and support needs) plus the $25 notarial act, which is Florida's cap for online notarization (F.S. §117.275). Bundled estate, apostille, and transcript packages range from $60 to $180.

Does the per-document rate change with volume?

Yes. Florida caps the online notarial act at $25 per document for one or two documents in a session, $22 each for three to five, and $18 each for six or more (F.S. §117.275). The service and coordination fee (starting at $20, varies with document complexity, scheduling, and support needs) applies per session and isn't subject to that per-act cap.

Do you offer bulk or enterprise pricing?

Yes. Business accounts get bulk pricing for 10 or more sessions a month, and enterprise plans are available for higher volume. Every session still itemizes the notarial act separately from the service fee.

Do you offer mobile or in-person notarization?

Yes, itemized as two separate lines. The notarial act itself is capped at $10 per signature under Florida law (F.S. §117.05(2)), billed as its own line, separate from travel. Travel: First 20 miles at the standard mileage rate ($0.725/mile, the 2026 IRS business rate): a $14.50 minimum. Each additional mile beyond 20 is billed at double the standard rate ($1.45/mile). See /services/mobile-in-person-notary for the full breakdown, or the pricing page above for a summary.

What is the Notary Service Fee?

$90/hour. Professional support time — client support, requirements research, session coordination, and post-session support — billed hourly and itemized separately from the notarial act fee. This is a non-notarial professional service, not a regulated notarial act fee.

Can I get a certified paper copy of my notarized document?

Yes, for a flat $50. A certified paper copy of your notarized document: drafting, wet-ink stamp and hand signature, plus scan and digital delivery. Flat fee, itemized separately from the notarial act fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle, since those avoid extra processing fees on either end. Card payments are available by invoice, but invoiced card payments carry a processing fee on top of the notarial act and service fees above.
