Worked pricing examples
The coordination fee ($20) is charged once per session. The notarial-act rate is a flat per-act rate applied to every act in that session, not a marginal rate on extras beyond the first two.

What changes the price
- How many notarial acts are in one session. $25 per act at 1-2 acts (Florida's RON cap, F.S. §117.275), $22 per act at 3-5, $18 per act at 6 or more — applied to every act in the session, not just the extras.
- Document complexity, scheduling, and support needs. The $20 coordination fee is a starting point, not a flat rate, and can vary with these.
- Whether the signer needs to be physically present. Mobile / in-person notarization is priced separately from the online session above — see the mobile / in-person section below.
Mobile / in-person notarization
Available for documents that need physical presence, priced as two separate lines, never bundled.
- Notarial act: The notarial act itself is capped at $10 per notarial act under Florida law (F.S. §117.05(2)), billed as its own line, separate from travel.
- Travel: First 20 miles at the standard mileage rate ($0.760/mile, the 2026 IRS business rate): a $15.20 minimum. Each additional mile beyond 20 is billed at double the standard rate ($1.52/mile).
Professional service fees
Non-notarial professional services, always itemized separately from the notarial act fee.
- Notary Service Fee: $90/hour. Professional support time — client support, requirements research, session coordination, and post-session support — billed hourly and itemized separately from the notarial act fee. This is a non-notarial professional service, not a regulated notarial act fee.
- Certified Paper Counterpart: $50 flat. A certified paper copy of your notarized document: drafting, wet-ink stamp and hand signature, plus scan and digital delivery. Flat fee, itemized separately from the notarial act fee.
Bundle & package pricing
Estate, apostille, transcript, and vehicle packages bundle the notarial act with document handling and coordination. Each invoice itemizes the notarial act(s) separately from the service fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
