What data we collect
We collect information you provide when you book or complete a notarization session: name, government-issued ID (for identity verification), email address, and the document you submit for notarization. We do not store your ID document after session completion.
We collect analytics data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. This data is only collected after you consent via our cookie banner. We use it to understand how users find and use our services.
Cookie categories
- Essential: Required for the site to function. Not subject to consent.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 — measures site performance. Requires consent.
- Marketing: Google Ads — measures ad effectiveness. Requires consent.

Data retention
Session recordings and notarial journals are retained for seven years in accordance with Florida Statutes §117.245. Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days. Analytics data is governed by Google Analytics 4 retention settings, currently set to 14 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

We use the following third-party services: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, EmailJS (for contact form submissions), and our remote online notarization platform provider.

We do not sell your personal information. California residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, and portability of their personal data.
