How it works
- Set up a recurring window
Tell me your typical monthly volume and document types, and I'll set a dedicated notary window for your team.
- Confirm signer capacity
When someone signs on behalf of a company, the notarial certificate has to state they're signing in a representative capacity (F.S. §117.05(13)(c)), naming their title and the company. I confirm that before the session starts.
- Batch signing session
Multiple signers or documents handled in one session, billed at the bulk rate that applies to your monthly volume.
- Delivery and recordkeeping
Sealed documents and journal entries delivered the same day, with session records retained for your compliance file.
Documents we handle
- board resolution
- vendor contract
- settlement agreement
- IP assignment
Who this is for
- businesses
- attorneys
Frequently asked questions
How does notarizing for a company work differently than for an individual?
The signer's certificate has to state they're signing in a representative capacity, not an individual one (F.S. §117.05(13)(c)). I'll confirm their title and authority to sign before the session starts.
What's the minimum volume for bulk pricing?
Bulk rates apply at 10 or more sessions a month. Below that, standard per-session pricing applies. See /pricing for the current breakdown.
Do you notarize Power of Attorney documents for corporate or vehicle matters?
Yes. Send the POA and the signer's contact information (phone and email), and I set up the session and send the invitations. If a signer is acting for a company, the certificate has to state they're signing in a representative capacity (F.S. §117.05(13)(c)), so confirm their title and authority beforehand. Any per-document fee is quoted before we start, once the platform fee and act count are figured in.
