Estate Planning Document Notarization

Premium Legacy & Estate Services

Private estate signing sessions with remote family participation.

~30 min notarization sessionFrom $95

Premium Legacy & Estate Services is a private notarization session for wills, trusts, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney, with family members joining by video and every witness requirement confirmed against Florida's execution rules before anyone signs.

Private estate signing sessions for wills, revocable trusts, healthcare directives, and durable POAs. Family members can securely join remotely while we coordinate the signing from start to finish — guided online signing, witness coordination, and secure notarization.

How it works

  1. Schedule the session

Tell me which documents you're signing (will, trust, healthcare directive, POA) and how many signers and witnesses are involved.

  2. Confirm witness requirements

I check the execution formalities for each instrument type. Florida wills need two witnesses plus a self-proving affidavit (F.S. §732.503); trusts and directives carry their own rules.

  3. Sign and witness live

Family members join by secure video from wherever they are. I verify every signer's photo ID before anyone signs.

  4. Notarize and deliver

I complete the notarial certificate and journal entry, apply the seal, and return the signed, sealed package the same day.

Frequently asked questions

Can you notarize a will?

Yes. I notarize the self-proving affidavit that accompanies a Florida will, which needs two witnesses under F.S. §732.503. I coordinate witnesses for the session and confirm the specific formalities for your document before we start. I don't draft the will itself; that's an attorney's job.

Can out-of-state family members join the signing?

Yes. They join the same video session as remote witnesses or observers, wherever they're located, as long as the notarization method used allows it for your document type.
