How it works
- Confirm the destination country
Tell me which country the document is going to. Hague Convention countries need an apostille; this service covers non-Hague countries that require full consular legalization.

I notarize the underlying document by RON or in person, whichever the destination country and document type allow.

I submit the notarized document to the Florida Department of State for state-level authentication.

How is this different from an apostille?
An apostille only works for countries that signed the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention. A document bound for a non-Hague country needs full consular legalization, which adds a step at that country's consulate after Florida DOS authentication.
How long does the full legalization chain take?
